Application

Belly Balm:
Warm a small amount of the cream in the palm of your hand and gently massage your stomach in circular motions.

Belly Elixir:
Even before you can see your stomach, you can start the soothing massage to optimally prepare your skin. If the belly is not too big, you can start with a loose plucking massage. First spread the Belly Elixir Oil over a large area on the stomach. Then pick up a small area of skin with your thumb and forefinger, slowly pull up, gently roll between your fingers and release again. Continue clockwise to reach all parts of the abdomen. If the stomach is already bigger and firmer, dry brushes such as the Mommy SPA massage brush are suitable. Gently rotate the brush clockwise over the skin for a pleasant baby bump massage. Start on the lower right side of your stomach and work your way up towards your ribs in small circular motions. Then continue brushing horizontally to the left side and return from there downwards to the starting point. A regular massage can not only effectively prevent stretch marks during pregnancy, but also after the birth can help existing stretch marks fade faster and stronger and the skin regains its elasticity and resilience.

Belly Brush:
For a soothing baby belly massage, let the brush gently circle the skin in a clockwise direction. Start on the lower right side of your stomach and work your way up towards your ribs in small circular motions. Then continue brushing horizontally to the left side and return from there down to the starting point. For a stimulating full-body massage, start with the areas furthest from the heart, such as the feet. Work towards the center of the body, towards the heart, with strong brush strokes or circular movements. For a healthy lymph flow, it is important to always work from the bottom up.

Blissful Belly:
For ideal use, either lather up the care oil soap in your hands with lukewarm water or use the soap bag supplied for increased foaming.

Belly Tattoos:
1. Clean and dry the affected skin area.
2. Carefully cut out the desired tattoo and remove the paper cover.
3. Place the tattoo face down on the desired area of skin.
4. Wet the back of the tattoo completely with a cloth or sponge and wait 20-30 seconds.
5. Carefully peel off the white backing paper.
6. Allow tattoo to dry, do not pat dry.
Remove:
Soak the tattoo in makeup remover or baby oil, let it soak in for a short time and gently remove with a cloth or cotton wool.

TIP:
Combine the motifs as you like and create new designs.
